About the Company
HU-X is a new startup whose purpose is to improve the "human experience" at work. Our team includes 60 coaches, consultants, facilitators, and public speakers (all former leaders in corporate, academia, and consulting). We are looking for an intern who loves to conduct research and write about different topics related to enhancing the "human experience" at work.
Our services provide solutions on three levels (from "ego-system" to "eco-system"):
- Executive/Leadership and team Coaching
- Leadership and Management Development
- Systemic Culture Design (purpose, structure, rewards/recognition, DEI, belonging, values, leadership competencies, etc.)
HU-X operates as a Holacracy and the culture is friendly and collaborative.
About the Role
We are looking for a Nudge Architect with a background in Behavioral Insights / Behavioral Economics to create meaningful and lasting changes in individuals' behaviors and organizational cultures.
Requirements
MA/MS or PhD (preferred) in the field of Behavioral Economics (or similar education/experience).
